Strateva LLC ("Strateva," "Strateva for Men," "we," "us," or "our") operates www.stratevaformen.com (the "Site") and makes available information, content, services, promotions, and products through the Site.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies, terms, or conditions posted on the Site or applicable to specific products, services, features, or promotions, are collectively referred to as the "Terms."

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, or by purchasing products through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products Are for Personal Use

Orders and Purchases

By placing an order through the Site, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, product availability, pricing errors, promotional errors, or payment issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original method of payment.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and shipping charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Strateva for Men products.

Eligible purchases made through the Site may be returned within 60 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price plus applicable taxes, subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels unless otherwise stated.

Limited License and Site Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

Unless prohibited by law, by submitting User Content to us, you grant Strateva LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use the User Content in connection with our business, products, marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional activities.

You represent that your User Content is truthful and reflects your genuine experience.

You may not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, threatening, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish User Content at our discretion and as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRATEVA LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR CONTENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STRATEVA LLC FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strateva LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or products purchased through the Site will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution provisions posted by Strateva LLC.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
